We provide exclusive, founder-operated mentorship and consulting services tailored for e-commerce brands, including growth strategy, media buying, CRO, and business coaching. Project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon prior to project commencement via a formal agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary raw materials, access, and instructions required for us to perform the services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to use any materials provided to us.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Our goal is to deliver assets that perform. Revisions will be handled as stipulated in your specific project package or retainer agreement. Unless otherwise specified, we offer reasonable revisions to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon brief.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you are granted complete ownership of the final delivered video files. We reserve the right to use the final products in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NITTI INTERNATIONAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
